Policies
Our goal is that 100% of our customers are completely satisfied with their
purchase. With this in mind, we do accept returns within 30 days of the
original receipt of your equipment and will refund the product purchase
price minus a restocking fee of 15% of the product total minus the original
s/h charges, if applicable. If you have any problems with your order,
please call us toll free 877-907-6492 before returning the item. If any
of our Earthlite Products are defective, We will send you a return authorization
label and you just have to take the package to FedEx after receiving the
label. After the item is received we will issue a refund for you within
5 business days.
If the items are not defective, then you will have to pay for shipping back to the address we will give you. All returns done without contacting us first and without an RMA number from us will not be credited. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call or contact us. Please contact us in writing via email with return receipt or certified mail. We are not responsible for any miscommunications.
Privacy
Your privacy is very important to us at U-Knead-Me Massage Services. By purchasing products from us, you are agreeing to receive our newsletter and any correspondance from us regarding our business relationship with you. With that in mind, we NEVER sell our client list or give out/make available any information about any of our customers. We are committed to preserving the trust that you have in us by purchasing our products. We have unsubsribe links on our newsletters/informational emails seperately from the normal correspondence emails you receive in regard to your order status, and you may opt out of any of those emails at any time. We don't have time to laod your inbox with usless information, so when you hear from us, it will be a sale or a request to update our information we have on file for you.Thank you for listening and have a great day!
Shipping
We ship most of our products via FedEx Ground Service for portables. If you are shipping to a RESIDENTIAL address, then we will require a SIGNATURE from you. So, on the day it arrives, you will have to have someone there to sign for it, or leave a signed note on the door that states it is OK to leave the package. We have had too many packages come up "missing" from residential deliveries, so we have had to come up with this procedure to make sure you receive your package in a timely manner, because neither FedEx, nor U-Knead-Me have liability once the package has been dropped off at your location.
Our shipping times are these: It takes 2-4 business days (no orders placed after 5 on weekdays, weekends or holidays count) for our order to leave the fulfillment center once the order is placed and paid for- for IN STOCK orders. Items on backorder will be noted on the product's detail page where you order it from. For those items that have to be produced for you, including Spa, Stationary, Lift and all portable products not listed "stock" in the colors selection box on its page- will take 5-15 business days to ship. Once the item ships from the fulfillment center in Southern CA, it will take 2-6 business days to get to you. Don't ask us where your product is unless it has been at least 8 business days for in-stock items and at least 19 business days for production items.
