In Stock information:
Many of our portable massage tables, massage equipment and massage products are available in "in-stock" color choices. These choices are marked as "stock" on the drop down color choice menus for each item. Stock items usually leave our California fulfillment center within 2-4 business days, closer to 2 than the 4 day timeframe. For all other items, it will take 5-15 business to build your equipment for you. Our production times vary due to availability of product, parts and customer order volume. Thanks for checking.
Shipping information:
Most of our portable massage table items are shipped via FedEx ground and the tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as we have it available. Our stationary massage table items and massage and salon or spa lift tables are shipped via frieght service which may vary in providers. The freight quoted includes lift gate and call-ahead service for curb side delivery. The driver will not assist you in removing the equipment, so if you need this service, it will cost extra, please call for a quote. We work hard to get out custom tables orders, but these do take time as stationary and spa/salon tables are so large, that we build each one to your specific specifications. Our queue is sometimes larger than normal, so these items may take up to two weeks to build for you. Please be patient and know that your massage equipment will be brand new and not sitting in a warehouse or moved around or having other large items stacked on top of it while it is stored.
